KALADY: A three-day international seminar on ‘Postphenomenological Philosophy’, organised by the Department of Philosophy, Sree Sankaracharya Sanskrit University, will begin here on Monday.Internationally renowned professors from various local and international universities will present papers in the following themes: ‘Interpretation, meaning and the Text’, ‘Friendship and the Ethical Turn’, ‘Body, Self, and the Sexual Difference’.Discussions are set to range from aesthetics to politics and religion. The seminar is jointly sponsored by Indian Council of Philosophical Research, Delhi and University Grants Commission.Dr Abey Koshy, the Coordinator of the seminar and the head of the Department of Philosophy, Kalady Sanskrit University, will deliver the keynote address.
