Nupur and Rajesh Talwar had urged the Supreme Court to quash the proceedings against them.
New Delhi: The bail application hearing of Rajesh Talwar, facing trial in the twin-murder case of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, has been adjourned till May 25. The notice which was sent by the court to Rajesh Talwar came back as 'not served'. The court has asked the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Ghaziabad to serve the notice.
Earlier, the dentist couple Nupur and Rajesh Talwar urged the Supreme Court to quash the proceedings against them and sought further probe into the case to find out the real culprit.
Aarushi and Hemraj were found murdered at couple's Noida house on the night of May 15, 2008, with the motive and killers, still remaining a mystery.
