Remember how Hrithik Roshan once famously called the extra appendage to his right thumb his lucky charm? Now note, if you may, that the actor didn't really let that hand or his digits take precedence on magazine covers, special shoots or advertisements. Until now. The actor recently shot for print ads of a clothing brand he endorses with the thumb in question far too prominently featured to be missed. Why the change in stance now? Is this an invitation to a cola brand to take him on as their brand?
Shop time
Priyanka Chopra made heads turn at a suburban mall when she walked in with a friend in tow on Monday afternoon. The actress, who got a break from the Agneepath shoot, wanted to check out some DVDs and books. Wearing casuals, PC was her jolly self as she walked into a store and started browsing around. Onlookers were surprised to see how warm and affectionate she was. Instead of calling for security or asking for the shop to be shut down, the actress mingled with the public and continued shopping. A source reveals that she picked up some movies and a couple of books on poetry. We think other actresses should take a cue from PC and leave their starry wings aside.
Fit and fine
Salman Khan's Dabangg co-star Sonakshi Sinha visited Prabodh Davkhare's fitness centre in Thane. She walked the ramp and spoke to gym members giving out health and fitness. On a previous occasion Sallu, too, had visted the centre. Now you know why Shotgun's daughter was the star attraction at the gym's summer fest 2011 event.
