Security guard rapes a 22-year-old schoolteacher at a Delhi hotel

A security guard allegedly raped a 22-year-old schoolteacher from Dausa at a hotel in Jaipur, police said on Friday.

The accused, Mukesh Gurjar, has been arrested, police said, adding that he worked at a placement agency. Gurjar, who was known to the woman, had promised her with a teaching job in Jaipur.

When the woman came to the city, he called her on Thursday evening to a hotel to introduce her to a "college's boss"and allegedly raped her, police said.

The woman immediately went to Pratapnagar police station and filed a complaint after which police arrested the accused from Malviya Nagar area.
