But it has be noted that SP and BSP had been in the power in the last one decade," BJP's chief spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak told reporters in Lucknow on Monday. He alleged that leaders of both the parties have promoted corruption by bowing before bureaucracy.
"They cannot run from their responsibility by blaming the bureaucracy," Pathak said. The BJP leader alleged that during a decade rule of SP and BSP, several scams, including NRHM was unearthed.
