Stay on using flag vacated

CHENNAI: The Madras High Court has vacated its earlier order restraining Kongu Nadu Munnetra Peravai (KNMP) and Kongu Nadu Munnetra Kazhagam (KNMK), represented by its secretary ER Eswaran, from using the flag of Tamil Nadu  Peasants & Workers Party.Originally, while entertaining a civil suit from the Peasants and Workers Party, by its general secretary P Mahalakshmi of Vadapalani, the High Court had granted the injunction on October 12 last year.Aggrieved, the KNMK moved the High Court to vacate the stay.
