This movement aims to bridge the gap by placing the country’s high potential college graduates and young professionals, of all academic majors and careers, in under-resourced schools to teach full-time for two years.“We are excited to expand our presence in Hyderabad and leverage on the city’s commitment on eliminating education inequity. This growth is in alignment to our vision of creating a movement of outstanding individuals who want to have a firsthand experience of working in low-income schools and communities and further, raising the quality of education.” said Shaheen Mistri, CEO, Teach For India.Teach For India is currently in its third year of operation.
