TNPSC Group IV & VAO Answer Keys 2018 are expected to be released this week by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) on its official website – tnpsc.gov.in.
The TNPSC Group IV and VAO Combined Civil Services Examination-IV was conducted across the state of Tamil Nadu in 6962 exam centres on Sunday, 11th February 2018. The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) aims to fill 9351 vacancies via this civil services exam for which around 20.69 Lakh applicants had registered and approximately 16 Lakh candidates reportedly appeared.
The tentative Answer Keys for TNPSC Group IV & VAO exam may release this week. After which, TNPSC will allow a seven days window for candidates to challenge or raise objections (if any). Once the challenges or objections are addressed, the commission will release final answer keys so that candidates can get a fair idea on their chances of making it to the next stage of the examination.
There have been reports that in one of the Objective-type questions, candidates were asked Rabindranath Tagore's birthday, however, carried all incorrect options to choose from. TNPSC would have to clarify their stance on this.
Meanwhile, candidates who had appeared for the exam and are awaiting TNPSC Group IV & VAO Answer Keys must keep a close watch on the official website and follow the instruction below to download the tentative answer keys once they are released by the commission:

Step 1 – Visit the official website - http://tnpsc.gov.in/
Step 2 – Click on the 'Latest Result' tab on the homepage
Step 3 – Click on 'Results' and then on the 'Answer Keys'
Step 4 – Under Answer Keys 2018 – Click on the Tentative Answer Keys for 'TNPSC Group IV and VAO Combined Civil Services Examination-IV 2018'
Step 5 – Download the answer key and save it or take a printout for further reference.
TNPSC adopted printed Answer Sheets for the TNPSC Group IV & VAO Combined Civil Services Examination-IV 2018 that had the photograph, register number and optional subject of the candidates printed on them. The Commission subscribed to the printed credentials to curb malpractices.
