UPA govt on way out: Rajnath
‘The government has harassed the people in the last three years,’ alleges the BJP chief.

New Delhi: The UPA government will fall before finishing its term, said BJP president Rajnath Singh on Sunday.

The BJP’s victories in the Punjab and Uttarakhand assembly elections and civic polls in Delhi prove that Indians have ended their "attachment" with the Congress.

"The UPA government has harassed the people of the country in the last three years. Now, the atmosphere has changed in favour of BJP. One after another, the states are coming to our fold," he told the BJP councillors of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

"The people of the country have ended their attachment with the Congress. They want a change by getting rid of the Congress. The ruling party will not be able to complete its term at the Centre," Singh was quoted by PTI as saying.

Congress leader have rejected the BJP’s claim that victory in Delhi was a referendum on the UPA government’s performance.
