New Delhi: The first instalment 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' was criticized for acting and flawed screenplay but that did not deter the makers from coming up with its next edition 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation'.
'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' will be directed by Jon Chu while the first version was directed by Stephen Sommers. Chu is known for films like 'Step Up 2: The Streets', 'Step Up 3D' and 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never'.
Jon Chu is not the only new induction into the team. Dwayne Johnson popularly known as 'The Rock' is also going to appear in the film as Roadblock.
