BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court has posted the first case against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, his kin and others, to November 16.The Lokayukta police has already submitted an investigation report on the alleged scam in the case, which was filed by two advocates, Sirajin Basha and Balaraj, relating to illegal denotification of lands.Appearing for Basha, Nithin, sought copies of the report, stating that they have some objections. But Judge N K Sudheendra Rao said that the court cannot furnish the full report to the complainant as it contains secret government documents. He, however, asked the complainant to apply for the report, adding that he would look into the matter.Heat on BashaA case has been registered against advocate Sirajin Basha in Halasur Gate police station on Saturday, accusing him of providing false information to court.The complainant, Gajendra, filed a private case in the Sixth ACMM court, stating that false information was furnished to the Lokayukta Special Court in private case no 2 against Yeddyurappa. He stated that information provided by Basha on denotification of land in Arkavarthy Layout are false. Basha has been booked under sections 193 and 466 of IPC.
