Anushka Sharma, who has in the last few years scored high on fashion and personal style, is someone who can pull off any outfit. From evening gowns to pantsuits, lehengas and even sarees, Anushka is a "perfect clothes horse".
In fact, the last decade or so has seen a fashion revolution of sorts in the Hindi Film industry. Celebrities have become more 'style aware' and are way more conscious of their looks at any given time of the day now than they were earlier. The fashion game has changed so much over the years that even 'airport looks' are a thing now! And Anushka is right on top when it comes to anything fashionable.

Talking about the 'revolutionary change' in celebs' style - at the helm of this change are celebrity stylists who help the stars get that perfect look. And Allia Al Rufai is one name that features among the top few in the list of celebrity stylists.
We got in touch with Rufai, who has styled several Bollywood A-listers including Anushka Sharma on several occasions, and spoke about the latter's style game and much more.
Describing Anushka's style as "effortlessly cool", Rufai told News18.com that the Phillauri actor is "a perfect clothes horse". She also revealed that although "she (Anushka) doesn't like going over the top", Anushka is someone who is "always open to trying something new".
Since working with celebrities requires a stylist to be extremely careful about the choice of outfits and accessories, we asked Rufai if there was anything in particular that she had to keep in mind while styling for Anushka. She said, "Pockets. She just loves pockets."
Rufai also revealed that Anushka always has something to add, that she is someone who would have inputs "all the time", adding that Anushka is always "very involved" when it comes to choosing a look for her.
When asked if Anushka's personal style resonates with her choice of outfits, Rufai said, "Absolutely. At the end of the day I believe when it comes to personal styling you always need to wear your personality and she always does."
She also mentioned that it is Anushka's "ease and poise" that sets her apart from her contemporaries.
Surely working with a public figure, who is constantly being scrutinised for what she wears and how she looks, isn't everybody's cup of tea. So does all the negative social media reactions affect her and her choice of outfits and look for Anushka? Rufai replied, "There is a small community of people in India with an evolved take and sensibility on fashion. I think everyone is entitled to an opinion. I don't take anything I read too seriously or let it affect my work."
