Espresso Martini Twist
Ingredients: 30 ml shot of espresso| 30 ml shot of vodka|30 ml shot of coffee liqueur|15ml shot of simple syrup | 60 ml shot of cold brew concentrate|Ice cubes
Instructions: Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool, in a shaker, add ice cubes, the cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and cold brew concentrate, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans or a twist of orange peel.
Cold Brew Espresso Fizz
Ingredients: 60 ml shot of cold brew concentrate| 30 ml shot of espresso| 15 ml shot of simple syrup|Ice cubes| Club soda – Top Up
Instructions: Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour cold brew concentrate and espresso into the glass, add simple syrup to taste, top up with club soda gently stir, and garnish with a lemon twist or fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients: 30 ml shot of espresso| 30 ml shot of gin| 30 ml shot of sweet vermouth|30 ml shot of Campari| Orange peel for garnish

Instructions: Muddle a few mint leaves in the bottom of a glass, fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in cold brew concentrate, bourbon, and chocolate liqueur, stir gently to combine, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Ingredients: 90 ml shot of cold brew concentrate| 60 ml coconut milk| 15 ml coconut liqueur| 45 ml Dry|Gin| Ice cubes| 90 ml Soda
Instructions: In a shaker, combine cold brew concentrate, coconut milk, and coconut liqueur, add ice cubes and shake well, strain into a glass filled with ice, top up with Soda, and optionally, garnish with toasted coconut flakes or a slice of coconut.

Ingredients: 30 ml shot of espresso| 60 ml bourbon or rye whiskey| 10 ml spiced syrup (cinnamon, cloves, star anise)| 2 Dash of Angostura bitters| Orange peel for garnish
Instructions: Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool, in a mixing glass, combine espresso, whiskey, spiced syrup, and bitters, fill the glass with ice and stir until well-chilled, strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, express the oil from the orange peel over the drink and garnish.

Ingredients: 60 ml shot of cold brew concentrate| 30 ml shot of espresso| 45 ml dark rum| 15 ml chocolate liqueur| 60 ml coconut water| 30 ml of pineapple juice|Ice cubes
Instructions: Combine cold brew concentrate, espresso, dark rum, chocolate liqueur, coconut water, and pineapple juice in a shaker, add ice cubes and shake vigorously, strain into a glass filled with ice, garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.

Ingredients: 30 ml shot of espresso| 60 ml White rum| 15 ml ginger syrup|15 ml lemon juice| Soda water|Ice cubes

Instructions: Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool, in a glass filled with ice, combine espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and vanilla syrup, stir gently to mix, top with cream or milk to taste, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a vanilla bean.
