Ingredients:
Chopped coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Chopped green chillies
Cumin seeds
Onion
Ginger
Curd
Salt
Method
Mix coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, onion and ginger with approx. 4 tbsp of water in a blender.
Make sure it is a smooth paste.
Take a pan and roast cummin seeds.
Grind the roasted cummin seeds.
Add this to the paste and mix well.
Add curd and salt.
Refrigerate and store.

Ingredients:
Long grained rice.
Onions
Salt

Fresh mint leaves paste
Lemon juice
Method:
Take a heavy bottom pan and add oil to it.
Add cumin seeds and sliced onions.
Saute till onions turns brown.
Add soaked rice and mint leaves paste and mix well.
Add 3 cups of water.
Allow the mixture to boil for few minutes.
Add a few drops of lemon.
Cover the pan and allow the rice to cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Your rice should be ready to serve.
