Shah Rukh Khan delivered a series of hits such as Pathaan and Jawan in 2023.

Arjun Rampal and Shah Rukh Khan once shared a close friendship and collaborated in films like Om Shanti Om and Ra.One. The dynamics between the two took a downturn following the underwhelming performance of Ra.One at the box office. Speculations swirled, with some attributing the fallout to creative disparities between the actors, while others hinted at underlying personal conflicts. Now, it looks like Arjun has chosen to leave the past behind and focus on the present. While speaking to a leading media outlet, Arjun spoke about SRK’s achievements and commended his record-breaking performances in films like Pathaan and Jawan.

During an interview with Zoom, Arjun shared, “When he (Shah Rukh Khan) does a Pathaan and breaks all records and then, he comes and does it again with Jawan, that is outstanding and fantastic. It’s great for the industry. So, you have to encourage that. Acknowledge it, and be proud of it, be happy for that person. Whatever happens in your life or however you go about it, good things will happen to you too, and those people will be happy for you too.”

In a quiz round, when prompted to identify an actor who had served as an attendant at events, he admitted to being one himself but was unaware that Shah Rukh Khan had also done so. Feeling pleased by this discovery, the actor also mentioned how students from Hindu College, including himself, were often sent to fulfill attendant roles at events.

Arjun further stressed the importance of positivity and mutual support in the industry. He criticised the negative mindset of reveling in others’ failures, stating that it hinders personal growth. The actor emphasised the significance of celebrating the success of others.

On the professional front, Arjun is gearing up for his upcoming film, Crakk Jeetegaa…Toh Jiyegaa. The film features an impressive ensemble cast including Vidyut Jammwal, Nora Fatehi, and Amy Jackson in lead roles. The story follows a man’s journey from the tough streets of Mumbai to the thrilling world of underground extreme sports. The film is penned and directed by Aditya Datt and produced by Vidyut Jammwal and Abbas Sayyed. It is scheduled for a theatrical release on February 23.

Apart from Crakk, the actor is set to appear in several other projects, including Penthouse, Punjab ’95, Black Currency: The Fake Currency Truth Unfolds, and more.
