Dharmendra Attends Granddaughter's Wedding Days After Esha Deol Announces Divorce; Sunny, Bobby React

Dharmendra was seen having a ball at his granddaughter Nikita Chaudhary’s wedding. The veteran actor, who returned to Instagram to share his first post since Esha Deol announced her divorce, posted a video from the wedding in which he was seen breaking into a small dance. In the video, Dharmendra was seen wearing a brown outfit with a hat and held a drink in his hand. He got up from his seat to dance to a folk song about mehendi as the guest recorded him.

Sharing the video, Dharmendra wrote, “On the loving occasion of marriage of my darling Grand daughter …….” Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol were among the many who commented on the video. Sunny dropped a series of heart emojis whereas Bobby wrote, “Love love love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Watch the video below:

Many others also commented on the post. Kapil Sharma wrote, “Love you paji ❤️.” Darshan Kumaar added, “Love u Dharam ji ❤.” Vindu Dara Singh congratulated Dharmendra on his granddaughter’s wedding.

For the unversed, Nikita Chaudhary is reportedly the daughter of Ajeeta Deol, Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s eldest daughter. Ajeeta is said to have moved to the US after she married US based dentist, Dr Kiran Chaudhary. Much like their father, Nikita is also said to pursue a career in dentistry.

Meanwhile, Dharmendra is yet to comment about Esha Deol’s divorce. Earlier this month, Esha issued a joint statement with Bharat Takhtani to reveal that they have separated after being married for 11 years. “We have mutually and amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children is and will be of utmost importance to us. We’d appreciate our privacy is respected,” their statement issued to Delhi Times read.
