Looks like Pooja Hegde jetted off to Sri Lanka to celebrate her special day. The Bollywood actress was born on October 13 and celebrated her 34th birthday in a foreign country. In the wee hours of Sunday, the Mohenjo Daro actress, along with her family, went to Sri Lanka to catch a well-deserved break from her hectic shooting schedule. Now, the actress has shared a few glimpses of her vacation on Instagram.
Pooja Hegde dropped some casual and candid photos of her “birthdays in the wild”. The actress was dressed in a white co-ord with cherry motifs all across her t-shirt and shorts. She let her hair loose and applied a hint of blush to her cheeks for a flushed look. She also sported a bracelet and a wristlet. She can be seen posing on a wooden deck against a turquoise-blue pool. The carousel also had a video that showed the actress cutting a birthday cake. She is dressed in a white and pink printed outfit with star-shaped earrings.
The birthday post caption read, “Birthdays in the wild. Thank you for all the love, messages and wishes…will try and respond to as many as I can…for now, I’m just trying to be fully in the NOW. Love you. Blessed.” Pooja Hegde marked the geo-tag location as Yala in Sri Lanka.
Her fans were happy to see her social media update for her birthday. A fan wrote, “Wow wow! Cute and glamorous.” Another added, “OMG Pooja! You look gorgeous!” One observed, “Ooh, look at the birthday glow, girl.” A Sri Lankan fan wrote, “Happy birthday Pooja Ki and welcome to Sri Lanka.”
2025 might be an important year for Pooja Hegde. The actress is gearing up to star in Deva opposite Shahid Kapoor and Pavail Gulati. Both the male actors will be seen in the role of cops in the film. The film is directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews and backed by Siddharth Roy Kapur. It is billed as an action-packed film with a roller-coaster plot filled with thrill and drama.
