Kim Soo Hyun, Byeon Woo Seok And Park Min Young To Attend The 2024 Asia Artist Awards

Get ready for the biggest K-entertainment event of the year! The 2024 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) has announced its first lineup of attending stars. According to a report by Soompi, popular Korean actors such as Kim Soo Hyun, Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Hye Yoon, Park Min Young and Ahn Bo Hyun, among others, will attend this year’s ceremony. Scheduled for December 27, 2024, at Thammasat Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, the Asia Artist Awards will celebrate another successful year of Korean content.

The actors best known for their shows like Queen of Tears, Lovely Runner, Marry My Husband and Pyramid Game are expected to add more to the star power at the award show. More names of the guests and the artists are likely to be announced in the coming days. The news has led to a wave of happiness among fans, as many took to social media platforms to cheer for their favourite K-drama stars.

On the other hand, IVE’s Jang Won Young will be returning to host the show for her fourth consecutive year alongside ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Han Bin. The announcement came shortly after the 2024 Asia Artist Awards also unveiled the list of its star-studded performers. K-pop biggies like NewJeans, ZEROBASEONE, NCT 127, WayV, QWER and BIBI are set to perform at the ceremony.

NewJeans, consisting of five members: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein, was formed by HYBE’s subsidiary company ADOR. After making their debut in 2022, the group went on to deliver a series of chart-toppers like OMG, Get Up, Ditto, Cool With You, ETA, Super Shy and Hype Boy.

Similarly, the boy band ZEROBASEONE, which recently debuted in 2023, has turned out to become an instant hit among fans. Known for their songs like In Bloom, Crush and Feel The Pop, the band is expected to deliver an electrifying performance at the Asia Artist Awards 2024.

Another popular K-pop group to grace the 9th AAA stage is NCT 127. The members include performers like Taeyong, Yuta, Jaehyun, Winwin, Mark, Haechan Doyoung, Jungwoo and Johnny. Another sub-unit of NCT, WayV, will also delight the audiences at the event.
