The film’s first-day box office performance was remarkable, garnering Rs 95 crore domestically and a total worldwide collection of Rs 178.7 crore. Notably, the opening day figures surpassed Shah Rukh Khan’s 2023 mega-hits Pathaan and Jawan, which collected Rs 106 crore and Rs 129 crore, respectively.

As the audience revels in the success of Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, attention is already turning to the sequel, Salaar: Part 2 – Shauryanga Parvam. Currently in the development stage, filming for the sequel is slated to commence in March 2024.
