Tamannaah Bhatia, Kriti Sanon and Shraddha Kapoor brought the house down with their dance moves at the Stree 2 success party. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 has collected over Rs 200 Cr in just five days. To celebrate the massive box office collection and the many records shattered by the film, the team of Stree 2 came together for a fun bash. They were joined by Bhediya star Kriti and Vicky Kaushal.
In a video surfaced online, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kriti Sanon and Shraddha Kapoor were seen dancing to the song Aaj Ki Raat. Tamannaah performed the hookstep while Shraddha and Kriti followed her lead. Also spotted in the video were Sunny Kaushal and Abhishek Bannerjee. Check out the video below:

Stree 2 has emerged as the highest grossing Hindi film of 2024 with an estimated box office collection of Rs 242.40 Cr in just five days. Stree 2 beat Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter and Prabhas-Amitabh Bachchan’s Kalki 2898 AD to record the highest opening weekend this year with its extended weekend. Stree 2 has also already surpassed the lifetime collection of Fighter.
Bollywood Hungama reported Fighter had collected Rs 115.30 Cr in its opening weekend and ended its box office run at with a lifetime box office collection of Rs 199.45 Cr. Stree 2 also broke Kalki 2898 AD’s Hindi box office collection. It is reported that the Hindi version of Kalki 2898 AD had collected Rs 112.15 Cr in the opening weekend and ended its run with a lifetime collection of Rs 294.25 Cr in Hindi alone.
Stree 2 benefitted from two factors — the hype from the first film and the clubbed holidays — Independence and Raksha Bandhan. On Independence Day, Stree 2 collected Rs 51.8 Cr whereas on Raksha Bandhan, owing to holidays in selected pockets of the country, the film earned Rs 37.00 Cr. The highest occupancies were recorded in Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Bhopal, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Stree 2 is a sequel to the 2018 release, Stree. The first film collected a lifetime box office collection of Rs 129.90 Cr. The sequel brought back the OG cast from the first film — Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. However, it also added an interesting mix of actors in the form of cameos.
