Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt star in the latest film, The Fall Guy, a comedy-action film inspired by Glen A. Larson’s series. In the movie, Gosling is stuntman Colt Seavers and Emily Blunt is his ex, filmmaker Judy. Apart from them, the movie also features Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hannah Waddingham, Teresa Palmer and Winston Duke in pivotal roles.
Originally premiered at SXSW on March 12, 2024, the film had its theatrical release on May 3, 2024, followed by digital releases on Prime Video and Apple TV+ in May. Initially unavailable to Indian audiences, The Fall Guy has now launched on OTT platforms in India starting on June 14.
The action-packed film is now available for rental on Amazon Prime Video for Rs 299. Additionally, it can be rented on BookMyShow Stream for Rs 299 or purchased for Rs 999. It is also available on Apple TV+.
Earlier, when Emily Blunt, director David Leitch and other performers appeared at the Los Angeles premiere of The Fall Guy, Ryan Gosling appreciating the stunt team said, “They are the hardest working people in show business. This movie is just a giant campaign to get stunts in an Oscar category. We are the face of these films, but the crews really make the movies, and this is a love letter to them.”

The Fall Guy is loosely based on the 1980s TV series of the same name and pays homage to iconic Hollywood action films from the past. Interestingly, the movie features a stunt sequence that has earned a Guinness World Record title for the most car rolls. Stunt driver Logan Holladay performed the impressive eight and a half rolls, breaking the previous record held by stuntman Adam Kirley, who performed seven rolls while filming the James Bond film Casino Royale, starring Daniel Craig.
Internationally, the movie, starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt grossed $80 million mark, while in the domestic market, it collected over 86 Million and its worldwide collection stands at $166 million, as per Box Office Mojo.
