Watch: Aparshakti Khurana's ‘O Stree Kal Aana’ Banter With A Kid Is Winning Hearts

With Stree 2 set to release in just a week, the buzz around the film is palpable. As Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor dive into promotional activities, a recent video featuring Aparshakti Khurana has stolen the spotlight. In the footage, while posing for the paparazzi, Aparshakti Khurana encounters a kid reciting a line from the prequel, “O stree kal aana.” His spontaneous and lighthearted reaction, joining in on the fun, has won fans’ hearts.

In the video, after Aparshakti Khurana stepped out of his car and greeted the photographers, a girl began repeatedly shouting a famous line from Stree. Unable to resist, Khurana joined in and responded by saying, “O stree kal aana.” The most touching moment happened when the actor chose to help her by giving the underprivileged girl some money but asked the paparazzi not to film the moment. His generous act left many impressed. Sharing the video on Instagram, a paparazzi page wrote, “Aparshakti Khurana having an adorable Stree banter with a kid on the streets.”

Alongside Stree 2, Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu starrer Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham’s Vedaa is also releasing during the Independence Day weekend. Talking about the clash, Aparshakti Khurana in a recent interview with Hindustan Times said, “It is a long weekend with Independence Day and Rakhi all coming together. People are in for a treat. Its nice people will have choices. We are in a space right now where we have to root for each other. The current climate of the fraternity is such that I don’t think people will be looking down upon each other or trying to pull each other down. Everybody will only be hoping that all three films work. That is eventually how you grow together as an industry.”

Meanwhile, Khurana believes that continuity is one of the greatest strengths of his upcoming movie. He explains that reuniting with the original team, including the actors, director and assistant directors and filming at the same location in Chanderi, made the experience special. This allowed them to relive many memories from the first movie. The actor is hopeful of the audience’s reaction. Despite the excitement, he admits feeling a bit nervous as well.

Apart from Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor and Aparshakti Khurana, Stree 2 also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee in key roles. On the work front, Aparshakti Khurana is busy shooting for Badtameez Gill in London with Paresh Rawal and Vaani Kapoor.
