Prominent Youtuber TTF Vasan was about to make his debut with the film Manjal Veeran, directed by Chellam. The director has issued a press statement and said that Vasan has been dropped from the film’s cast. Speaking to the press, Chellam announced that a new actor will be announced in place of TTF Vasan, on October 15, 2024. While talking to the press, the director said, “I wanted Vasan to travel with me, but the situation didn’t work out. Auditions are underway for a new hero and will be announced on October 15. Though not in the film, the relationship with TTF Vasan will continue." In the statement, Chellam has not revealed the exact cause of the Youtuber’s exit from the film. He added that 30 percent of the film’s shoot, which didn’t involve the lead actor, has been wrapped up.
A report mentions that Vasan might be taking part in the upcoming popular reality game show Bigg Boss Tamil season 8. This season is set to commence on October 6, 2024. Vasan has not talked about this update on social media. The Youtuber has also not divulged the reason behind his exit from Manjal Veeran.
Who is TTF Vasan?
TTF Vasan runs a YouTube channel Twin Throttlers and uploads videos showing him driving bikes, cars and other vehicles at high speeds. He has over 4.7 million subscribers on YouTube. Despite such a massive fan following, there have been increasing criticisms that Vasan is setting a wrong example for the children. He has been apprehended by the police authorities several times for violating road rules. Vasan was also banned from riding a bike for 10 years, after he was involved in an accident while riding at high speed in 2023.

Vasan has been consistently dropping videos on the YouTube channel sharing his journeys on the bike rides. In the latest clip, he calls it the worst day ever, as his car was seized in Mumbai. It is the 6th episode of his All India Ride segment.
