Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan are making their debut with The Achies next month. Amitabh Bahchcan’s grandson and Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter were seen joining their fellow The Archies cast members for a press conference on Saturday evening. While the soon-to-debut stars were seen putting their best foot forward, dancing to the songs of their film, a moment shared by the rumoured lovebird Suhana and Agastya is now going viral.
In videos shared by paparazzi, Suhana and Agastya were seen dancing with Khushi Kapoor on the song Va Va Vroom. While the cast of the movie matched steps, the song concluded with Khushi and Suhana in Agastya’s arms. A video showed Agastya looking at Suhana with concern, seemingly to see if she was okay. Suhana smiled at him. Fans have since showered the duo with love.
“Just look at aggy and suhana at the end,” a comment read. “Agastya and Suhana ,” added another.
The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, is an Indian live-action musical movie based on the popular American comics of the same name. It also marks the acting debut of late star Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor (Betty), and megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda (Archie).
The Archies also stars Aditi Saigal (known by her stage name Dot), Vedang Raina, Yuvraj Menda, and Mihir Ahuja. Speaking about the film, Zoya previously said, “I am super excited to have the chance to bring The Archies to life. It was a large part of my childhood and teenage years. The characters are iconic and globally loved, which is also why I am a little nervous.”
The Archies is slated to release on December 7. The film is skipping the theatre release and will stream on Netflix.
