Animal first review is out thanks to Alia Bhatt. On Thursday, Ranbir Kapoor and team of Animal hosted the premiere of the film and Alia attended the special show with her family. The actress was seen with Neetu Kapoor, Mahesh Bhatt, Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt at the premiere. While Alia and the family were seen leaving the venue in a rush after the premiere, Alia gave a one-word review of Animal to the paparazzi before she left.
In a video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram, Alia was asked her review of Animal. The actress at first mouthed ‘outstanding’ before she said, “Khatarnaak.” Watch the video below:
Not only did Alia praise the film, she also gave a shoutout to Ranbir by sporting a customised tee dedicated to him and Animal. The T-shirt featured Ranbir’s look from the film. The Gangubai Kathiawadi star had everyone’s attention with the tee. She styled the T-shirt with a chic black blazer and a pair of black pants.
About Animal:
Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and revolves around a father and son’s toxic relationship. While Anil plays the emotionally unavailable father, Ranbir plays the role of the traumatised, angry son. The trailer was released in Delhi with Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna by his side. Speaking at the press conference, Ranbir compared Animal with Karan Johar’s Khushi Kabhie Kabhi Gham. “This is an adult rated Khushi Kabhie Kabhi Gham,” Ranbir said.
Animal marks Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s second directorial venture in Bollywood, after Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh. Animal marks the first collaboration between Sandeep and Ranbir. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on December 1. Besides Ranbir, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor. The film is clashing with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur. The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar.
