Rupali Ganguly, who worked with Ratna Pathak Shah in the 2004 show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, attended the grand screening of Dhak Dhak to support her.

Bollywood stars attended the screening of the upcoming film, Dhak Dhak, in Mumbai last night. The highly anticipated film is scheduled for release this Friday and features renowned actors like Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi. Rupali Ganguly, who shares a close professional relationship with Ratna Pathak Shah, also attended the grand screening to show her support for her colleague and friend. The actress later shared moments from the event, leaving netizens delighted to witness the reunion of the Sarabhai vs Sarabhai stars.

Rupali Ganguly took to her Instagram account to share a series of pictures capturing heartwarming moments. The first picture features Rupali and Ratna Pathak Shah sharing a warm hug. In the second picture, Ratna Pathak Shah is seen gazing at Rupali, while in the last one, they both share a joyful pose for the camera, with Dia Mirza appearing in the background. In her caption, Rupali said, " “This precious connect. 2nd pic she switched on the Mummyjee mode. I love you forever Ratna Pathak Shah."

Sarabhai vs Sarabhai started in 2004 and went off the air in 2006. Amid demands, the show rebooted in 2017 as Sarabhai vs Sarabhai Take 2. Earlier, some of the cast members of the show had reunited for dinner. Rupali Ganguly posted a video of herself with Satish Shah, Rajesh Kumar, and Ratna Pathak Shah. The video began with Rupali entering the restaurant and greeting Satish and Rajesh with hugs. Ratna Pathak later joins them. Rupali captioned the photo, “Some friendships last a lifetime!!"

Meanwhile, the trailer for Dhak Dhak introduces the audience to four ordinary women who come together under unexpected circumstances for an amazing trek to the world’s highest motorable road, Leh’s Khardung La. Ratna Pathak Shah plays the role of Mahi or Biker Nani; Fatima Sana Shaikh is a travel vlogger; Dia Mirza essays the role of housewife Uzma; Sanjana Sanghi plays Manjari, a young solo traveller.

The film will be released on October 13 and is directed by Tarun Dudeja. Taapsee Pannu’s Outsiders Films collaborated with Viacom18 Studios and BLM Pictures to produce the film.
