Malayalam actress and RJ Meera Nandan recently got engaged to her fiance, Sreeju, in a private ceremony in Kerala. The news of their engagement was shared by the artist on her social media, where she expressed her excitement about the arranged marriage. The couple crossed paths through a matrimony website and after a few meetings, they decided to take the next step. Meera took to Instagram on September 13 to share photos from their engagement ceremony, which was attended by their close family and friends, while her fans showered love on them.
For the special day, Meera looked stunning in a beautiful yellow silk saree which she paired with a green blouse while the flower on her hair elevated her charm. She accessorized her look with green and golden jewellery. On the other hand, Sreeju opted for a classic white silk kurta pyjama, keeping it simple and traditional. The pictures also show them surrounded by their family members.

Meera Nandan’s engagement ceremony was attended by some of her closest friends from the film industry, including figures like Kavya Madhavan, Ann Augustine and Srinda, among others. Along with them, her colleagues and friends, including Manjima Mohan, Pearle Maaney, Dhanya Varma, Srinda and Archana Kavi also congratulated her in the comments section.
Meanwhile, the actress shared more pictures from the special occasion, showcasing the deep love between the couple as they posed candidly and held hands. Alongside the pictures, the actress expressed her sentiments with a simple yet heartfelt caption and wrote, “For life.”
Meera Nandan started her career in Malayalam cinema with her debut in Mulla and she continued to appear in more Malayalam films. She later ventured into Tamil cinema, where she showed her talent in movies like Kadhalukku Maranamillai, Ayyanar and Suriya Nagaram. Other than acting, Meera is a multitalented artist, renowned for her singing abilities and a radio jockey. In 2014, she moved to Dubai, where she became a successful radio presenter while she continued to work in cinema. Her most recent film was the comedy-drama Ennalum Ente Aliya, directed by Bash Mohammed.
