Rana Daggubati and director Teja recently announced their next titled as ‘Rakshasa Raja’. The upcoming film marks the second collaboration between the actor and filmmaker after their hit blockbuster film ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’. Touted to be a gangster drama, the makers recently dropped Rana’s first look from the film on his birthday.
In the poster, Rana is seen holding a massive gun, while his other shoulder featured a string of fresh bullets. He even wore a couple of gold finger rings. He also sported Vibhoothi and Tilak and looked extremely fierce with a cigar in his mouth. The look has surely raised expectations from the film, with Rana’s look captivating his fans and audience.

According to a report in Telugu one, Teja had earlier shared that he is planning to introduce 45 new artists with this flick. In fact, he had even done an open casting call for the same and had asked that interest people could approach him via Instagram.
Reportedly, Rakshasa Raja is promises to be a visual spectacle with a gripping narrative and stellar performances. The upcoming entertainer would be bankrolled by Gopinath Achanta and a renowned Malayalam superstar would be playing a crucial role.

Based on the greatest freedom fighter, Subhash Chandra Bose, the film is produced by K Rajashekhar Reddy on Ed Entrainments, with Charantej Uppalapati as CEO. Spy graced the cinemas in all South Indian languages and Hindi on June 29, this year.
He even made his OTT debut this year with Rana Naidu, which is streaming on Netflix.
