Today as the film completed 20 years, Sanjay Dutt took to his social media to celebrate the anniversary of the iconic film Munna Bhai MBBS and dropped a major hint about the much-anticipated third installment of the franchise.
In a heartwarming Instagram post, he shared a video montage featuring memorable scenes from the film, expressing gratitude to the audience for their unwavering support over the past two decades. “Two decades of laughter, emotions, and a whole lot of jadoo ki jhappi! Celebrating 20 years of Munna Bhai MBBS, a journey filled with unforgettable moments. Grateful for the love and support that made this film a timeless classic. Hoping that Munna Bhai 3 will be made soon!,” his caption reads. Well, the news has surely left his fans excited as they are eagerly waiting for the announcement. However, there is no official announcement from the makers.

Munna Bhai MBBS cast includes Arshad Warsi, late actor Sunil Dutt, Gracy Singh, Boman Irani, and Jimmy Shergill. The comedy drama was released in 2003 and its second instalment title Lage Raho Munna Bhai.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sanjay will be reportedly seen in Hera Pheri 3 with Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty. He also has a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Pinkvilla report says that Sanjay Dutt has come on board to play a key role in the Thalapathy Vijay starrer Leo directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Sanjay Dutt has been paid a big sum of Rs 10 crore to be a part of this gangster drama. He will be seen playing the role of Thalapathy Vijay’s father in Leo.
