The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the supplementary results for Phase 10 Selection Posts at matriculation, higher secondary, and graduation levels on November 29, 2023. A total of 712 candidates have been selected for various posts. Individuals who took the exam can access the results on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in. Additionally, the commission has disclosed category-wise cut-off marks for each level.
It’s worth mentioning that the final results were initially declared on November 18. According to the minimum cut-off criteria, candidates from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories needed to secure 30% (60 marks), the unreserved category required 35 per cent (70 marks), and all other categories were expected to achieve 25 per cent (50 marks) for recruitment. This criterion remains consistent for the additional results, which were released due to the rejection of candidates during the document verification process.
The release of additional results is a response to the rejection of candidates during the scrutiny of documents conducted in the Regional Offices for filling up vacancies. The commission is, therefore, announcing additional candidates for various post-categories based on merit and availability in the Computer Based Examination of the Selection Posts.
The additional candidates who have qualified for the next stage of scrutiny are required to submit a copy of all the supporting documents (Self Attested) in respect of Educational Qualification (EQ), Category, Experience, Age, Age relaxation, etc. (as applicable) in hard copy along with the print out of their online application form to the respective Regional Office(s) to which the Post Category belongs, within 10 days that is, by December 8.
The commission has further mentioned in the official notification that the candidates should send the documents to the respective Regional Office(s) by Speed Post only. Moreover, candidates should clearly mention the “Matriculation Level” and “Post Category No.” on the top of the Envelope.
In addition to that, the number of candidates selected for the SSC selection post from the Matriculation level is 206. 406 are selected from Higher secondary levels and 100 from graduation and above.
