The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2024 admit card release date has been revised by the Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur. The admit cards will now be released on December 27. Once released, students will have to visit the official XLRI website at xatonline.comto download their 2024 admit card. Earlier the admit cards were supposed to be released tomorrow, December 20. The XAT 2024 exam will be conducted on January 7 next year. Around 1,35,000 candidates have reportedly applied for the XAT 2024. This is a 40 per cent increase in the number of applications compared to last year.

What’s new in XAT 2024?

Here’s a list of things that have changed for the upcoming XAT 2024 exams:

1.The exam timings have been changed from the morning session to the afternoon session by the respective authorities. So the test will now be held from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm instead of 9:30 am to 12:40 pm.

2.The total number of seats in XLRI has seen a recent bump.

3.Total seats for Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Business Studies Management at XLRI has also seen an increase from 180 to 240.

4.Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Business Management at the Delhi NCR campus also saw an increase from 120 to 180.

5.A new programme has been launched by XLRI Jamshedpur called the Post Graduate Diploma in Management Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation (PGDM-IEV).

XAT 2024 admit card: How to download

Here are the steps as to how you can ensure a smooth download of your XAT 2024 admit card –

Step 1. First, visit the official XAT website at xatonline.in.

Step 2. When the home page appears make sure that you click on the admit card link.

Step 3. Put in all the necessary login credentials.

Step 4. Once the XAT 2024 admit card is displayed, hit download.

Step 5. After downloading your admit card, get it printed and do not forget to carry it on the examination day.

The XAT 2024 exam will feature a question paper with five sections. These categories include decision-making, general knowledge, quantitative ability and data interpretation, analytical essay writing and data interpretation, analytical essay writing, and verbal and logical reasoning. The duration of the exam is going to be three hours and 30 minutes.
