105. Bichhiya is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Mandla (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bichhiya falls in Mandla district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,38,391 voters in the seat, which includes 1,18,550 male voters, and 1,19,840 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Bichhiya recorded a voter turnout of 77.93%. In 2013 the turnout was 76.14%, and in 2008 it was 75.85%.
In 2013, Pandit Singh Dhurwey of BJP won the seat by a margin of 18,316 votes (10.94%). Pandit Singh Dhurwey secured 39.33% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 5,170 votes (3.72%), registering 33.99% of the total votes polled.
