Case against Swamy for inflammatory article

Mumbai: A case was on Monday filed against Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy in Mumbai.

The case was filed under Section 153 (A) of the Indian Penal Code at the Vakola police station in Mumbai.

Swamy had written an inflammatory article in a newspaper a couple of months ago.

The case was registered after the directives of the Bombay High Court.
