New Delhi: The Mobile World Congress 2015 is just a few hours away and speculations are running all-time high around the possible unveilings of some of the most awaited smartphones and related technologies at the three-day event.
The last two weeks have seen a lot of rumours and leaks surrounding one of the highly-anticipated smartphones-Samsung Galaxy S6. While there have been enough speculations about the smartphone, we bring to you a round-up of what to expect from the flagship device from the Galaxy Unpacked event.
The South Korean mobile manufacturer who is battling slumping smartphone sales is coming up with its latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S6, which is expected to be launched on day-one of the Barcelona event.
If reports are to be believed the Android-based device will have a spill-display running to both the right and left edges. However, T-Mobile's teaser image on its website gives a sneak peek to only one curved side, while Samsung's own teaser video hints to a borderless, metallic Galaxy S6.
The upcoming Galaxy S6 is expected to come with a 5.1-inch screen, fingerprint sensor, 4GB of RAM, and a 20-megapixel camera. The phone is likely to be be launched in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage variants.
Rumours also point to Samsung rolling out two variants of the Galaxy S6, one with a standard display and another with a curved screen. It is expected to make its way to India in the second week of April.
Taking a dig at all the rumours, Samsung posted a list of all the speculations on a page at its Norweigian site. The list surely contains some of the weirdest and fantastical rumours about the Galaxy S6 like it would be self-decomposing and have an all-glass body.
