Major tech companies like Apple don't see huge staff turnover but when it does most of them like going to other tech brands.

Apple is one of the biggest and most popular tech companies in the world and many of its employees stay in the company for decades. But even then, there are quite a few of them who leave Apple to pursue other career opportunities and most of them stay within the industry and join Apple’s rivals which is hardly surprising to hear.

And now, there has been an official analysis of data based on the Apple employees leaving the company and having a preferred list of brands they like to join in such cases. As per the analysis done based on LinkedIn profiles of several tech companies, one interesting link has been spotted and that revolves around the door which has been built between Apple and Google in recent years.

The data highlights that Google is the most preferred company where Apple employees go after they resign. Both these companies are renowned for hiring the top engineering talent and it seems people jump ships between these two brands which suggests a strong preference to work in companies where the freedom to work is available and the work hours are not fixed and limited to their projects.

The report says Meta, Amazon and Microsoft are the other three companies that make it to the list which is considered by Apple employees. Tesla is a surprising choice for these people which ranks 5th on the list, while others like Adobe, Salesforce, Intel and Oracle are the less preferred companies for the Apple employees.

Apple’s track record with its employees is quite impressive. Many of them have left for greener pastures. One of the recent examples of such efforts come via Imran Chaudhri, who is now leading his company Humane with a unique Pin Ai device that looks to replace smartphone screens in the future.
