The university had conducted the exam a day earlier from the stipulated date.

The education system in India is quite diverse and provides quality education to everyone. It differs from one state to another. Every other day, there is some unique or bizarre news about the Bihar education board. Sometimes there is news that the schedule is late, and sometimes the video of someone taking money to pass the exam goes viral on social media. Now, one of the universities in Bihar has once again garnered a lot of limelight for organising an exam one day before its scheduled day. As per reports, the exam was conducted without informing the students, and this has led to a lot of anger among them.

According to reports, the name of the education institution is Purnea University in Bihar. The university had fixed the date of the examination as January 19 in the admit card issued by them, but the examination was conducted by them a day earlier, on January 18. The students were not informed about this, and this created a situation of panic among them. When the students reached the examination centre, they were shocked as to how the examination was conducted a day earlier.

After this, the students created a ruckus at the university gate. Everyone started protesting against the university authorities and presented their demands. As the student protests gathered momentum and support, student leaders like Sumit Jha, Ankur Yadav and Piyush raised questions about the administrative attitude of Purnea University and criticised its functioning.

One of the students from Purnea University has revealed that she had the examination for Geomorphology subject code MIC-1 on January 19. The exam time was 9:30 am to 12:30 am. But as soon as she reached the examination centre, she came to know that the examination for this subject was held on January 18, a day earlier. In such a situation, she had no information about it. As of now, there has been no response from the centre.

All the students at the university have demanded that the exam be rescheduled so that this doesn’t happen again in the future and students are able to score well.
