Caught on Camera: Thieves On Bike Steal Goods From Moving Truck On Agra-Mumbai Highway

A startling video has surfaced online, showing three individuals engaging in a shameless theft captured on camera. The incident reportedly occurred in Madhya Pradesh’s Shajapur district on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway showcases a bold and reckless crime. In the footage, two men are seen atop a moving truck, skillfully stealing goods while in transit. This audacious scene plays out with a level of coordination that leaves viewers in disbelief.

In the footage, the men drop a large parcel of goods onto the road, while a motorcycle rider follows closely behind the truck. They then descend from the moving vehicle and join the rider on the motorcycle. The trio then turns around to retrieve the stolen parcel, all while the truck driver remains completely unaware of the theft unfolding behind him.

This entire theft was captured by a vigilant motorist following the truck, who recorded the episode from their car. The footage quickly went viral, sparking widespread concern about this dangerous method of theft. Social media users were quick to react, with one user quipping, “The truck driver could have applied brakes to break the hell out of thieves.”  Another joked, “Next day near city centre: ‘Bhaiya, these are Apple headphones. Want them at a 90% discount?’”

Amid the online buzz, some speculated about the possible involvement of the truck driver in the theft, although News18 has not been able to verify these claims.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first instance of such thefts in India. In May 2023, another viral video showed a man atop a moving truck in Maharashtra stealing goats. He ruthlessly threw the animals onto the road, an act recorded by a person in a trailing vehicle. The cruel method of theft drew widespread condemnation on social media, highlighting the thief’s disregard for the animals’ safety as he violently hurled them from the speeding truck.
