This time, the legendary singer took the stage at an event titled Kinare Dariya held at The Denmark Tavern hotel in Kolkata. The performance was a delightful surprise for her fans, who were thrilled to see Uthup revisit her memorable rendition of the song.
Skyfall, originally recorded by global icon Adele for the James Bond film of the same name, was written by Adele and produced by Paul Epworth. Known for its powerful orchestration by J. A. C. Redford and Adele’s soulful vocals, this track has long been celebrated as one of the finest Bond themes. Uthup, with her powerful voice, brought a fresh flavour to the song, infusing it with her signature style and energy.
In a video shared on Instagram by Muse Musicworld, Uthup’s version of Skyfall was met with praise. Uthup’s rendition of Skyfall first made waves at an INK event back in 2013. Her recent rendition of Skyfall has set the internet ablaze, amassing over 12 million views within just a day of being posted. Fans were quick to flood the comment section with admiration for the singer.
