The video features Baba demonstrating his signature ‘galaxy walk,’ an innovative move inspired by Michael Jackson’s iconic ‘moonwalk.’ With 2 million Instagram followers, the 19-year-old, a diehard Jackson fan, recently garnered Snoop Dogg’s attention who posted a dancers video on his official social media handle in December 2023, highlighting Baba’s dance skills in Rajasthan. As social media users realised Snoop shared the video on his Instagram, it left viewers awestruck and garnered a lot of attention.
The video showcases Baba flawlessly replicating Jackson’s iconic moves and style, but it was his final move that truly caught everyone’s attention. Sharing the video on Instagram, Snoop expressed his amazement and wrote, “What in the moon hop is going on here?” Social media users filled the comments section with positive responses. Along with Snoop’s followers, prominent personalities such as Arjun Kanungo, internet sensation Kili Paul and Pavitraa Puniya also appreciated Baba’s moves.

Baba Jackson, who earlier participated in India’s Best Dancer, shared his dance journey during the India Today Conclave in March 2023. He revealed, “I used to practice seeing my shadow. There were no mirrors. So, I used to shadow practice and improve my dance steps.” Sharing that he got inspiration from Michael Jackson, he explained, “I always heard about him but I had never seen him. Now children have mobile phones so they know about a lot of things. But we never knew who Michael Jackson was. I didn’t have a mobile phone but I used to watch a lot of dance on TV. I grew up watching Hrithik Roshan, Prabhu Deva Sir. They have inspired me a lot.”
