Everyone dreams of leading a lavish life full of luxuries. Who does not want a spacious mansion, swanky cars, a chauffeur, a cook, and whatnot? Shockingly, in the USA, the owner of a huge and lavish mansion worth millions abandoned their house. A filmmaker chanced upon it and when he went inside, what he saw left him astonished.

Filmmaker JeremyXplores from Nashville Tennessee, passed by an abandoned mansion located in North-East America worth billions. Luxury items worth crores were scattered on the lawn. When Jeremy explored the mansion, he found many left-behind vintage cars including Volkswagen Bug and Mercedes Benz were also found there. The filmmaker also found an impressive shoe collection worth lakhs containing Chanel, Christian Louboutins and Nike Air Max in dust-covered boxes. It also had stunning furniture, expensive designer clothes and much more.

The grand mansion was luxurious and had everything one can imagine. The 27,000 sq foot home was built by a local surgeon who had many medical offices in the area. The mansion houses eleven bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms, a visitor’s quarter, an indoor pool, an outdoor sports complex, a four-car garage, a mahogany library and an elevator. It has four more buildings which were left incomplete. The mansion was left abandoned in 2016. But, why did the owner leave it?

While the mansion was under construction, reportedly the surgeon and his family moved in. However, just six months later, he and his 15-year-old son died in a plane crash. He was survived by his wife and three children. When alive, the surgeon had not been paying the premiums of his life insurance. Hence, after his death, all the financial support was removed from his wife. At the time of his death, there was an outstanding of Rs 83 crore on the mansion. The wife was unable to repay, hence the property was confiscated after three months when the mansion was only 90 per cent finished and abandoned.

Since then it has not been occupied by anyone. JeremyXplores found the location on the internet and heard rumours about abandoned mansions in the area. As per the Mirror, Jeremy found that the owner of the mansion was quite an accomplished surgeon who graduated from one of the country’s best medical schools. He was even a recreational pilot. He had built nine medical offices in 2006 and decided to build a dream mansion for his family.
