Sonal Aggarwal now wishes to establish a factory on an even larger scale.

They should also have the skills to transform their innovative ideas into successful business empires. According to Local 18 Chhattisgarh, a similar story is that of entrepreneur Sonal Aggarwal, a Bilaspur native who started the business model of making bags out of waste products. Initially, her path was replete with struggles, but Sonal remained undeterred and established her factory on a small scale. Keep reading this space to learn about the motivational story of Sonal.

Initially, Sonal used old sarees, chunni and clothes to make bags and then sell them in the market. She even held exhibitions in different cities to expand her business operations. Soon, she realised that many other people were also following the same business model of making usable products out of waste materials. To gain an edge over them, she decided to overhaul her business by changing its structure a bit. She started making carry bags and gained success in the manufacturing of this product. Sonal is determined to establish a unique identity for herself in the business world and therefore, she never joined a regular job.

Sonal couldn’t gain success in the manufacturing of making bags out of waste. She, however, has received unprecedented victory in her business of carry bag production. The carry bags produced by her company are sold in malls, shops, markets and other places as well. Her production unit sells 20,000 carry bags in the market monthly and their revenues have also soared with time. These bags are sold on a bulk basis and their price range extends from the nominal price of Rs 100 to several thousand rupees.

Sonal now has bigger plans for her business and she wishes to increase its operations by establishing a factory on an even larger scale. She aims to manufacture bags in massive quantities in the new factory and recruit unemployed women with no one to support them financially. Sonal aspires to make such women self-reliant so that they can earn their livelihood respectfully.
