Bihar's Patliputra University Asks UG Students To Submit Exam Forms Before This Date
The notification stated that only those students who secured 75 per cent attendance in college would be allowed to fill out the examination forms this year.

Patliputra University, aka PPU, in Patna, Bihar, is a collegiate public state university that was established in 2018. Recently, the university announced the date of filling out the examination forms for the first, second and third years of undergraduate sessions 2022-2025 and 2021-2024.

Following the instruction of Vice Chancellor, Professor RK Singh, the Controller of Examinations Dr Manoj Kumar issued a notification regarding the examination process. The examination forms will have to be filled in online. The last date is March 18 after which a late fee will be levied. The notification stated that only those students who secured 75 per cent attendance in college would be allowed to fill out the examination forms this year.

Patliputra University has authorised colleges exclusively to handle the examination form-filling process. As a part of this, the university has provided online links within the college login itself for the convenience of the students to fill out examination forms. The controller of examinations shared that the examination is scheduled for April and this time more than 2 lakh students are expected to appear for their exams.

Controller of Examinations, Dr Manoj Kumar shared that the graduation year 1 and year 2, General and Other Backward Class- II (non-creamy layer) candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 700. Meanwhile, OBC- I (creamy layer), Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (SC and ST) candidates will have to pay Rs 500. For the third year of graduation, General and OBC-II students will have to pay Rs 1,600 and OBC-1 and SC-ST students will have to pay Rs 1,400. The third-year students will also have to pay Rs 150 for their marksheet, Rs 250 for the provisional certificate and Rs 500 for the original certificate.

The Controller also explained the process of filling out the forms. Dr Manoj Kumar shared that students will have to download the examination form first by logging into the university portal. They need to fill out the downloaded form. They must attach their photo and sign it. These forms then need to be deposited in the college counter or departments. The college will then take the necessary action.
