CBSE Releases Revised Date Sheet for Class 10 and 12 Board Exams
The date for class 12 Physics exam has been changed from May 13 to June 8. Apart from this, the dates of exam for History and Banking have also been revised.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday, March 5 released a revised date sheet for class 10 and class 12 board exams. Those students who are appearing for the board exams must visit the official CBSE website, www.cbse.gov.in to access the latest date sheet. The date for class 12 Physics exam has been changed from May 13 to June 8. Apart from this, the dates of exam for History and Banking have also been revised. For class 10, the date of Science and Maths exam has been changed.

To check the latest CBSE date sheet online, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open any internet browser of your choice and visit the official CBSE website, www.cbse.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage of the website, you will see a column that reads ‘LATEST @ CBSE’; under this section you will find the direct links to Class 10 and Class 12 board date sheet.

Step 3: Click on the link depending on your class.

Step 4: In a new window, the exam schedule will open.

Step 5: Download and take a print of the latest CBSE date sheet for future reference.

The board will conduct exams for 75 subjects for class 10 while for class 12, examination for 111 subjects will be held. The exams for both class 10 and class 12 will start from May 4.

All exams for class 10 will be conducted in a single shift which will start from 10:30 Am. Duration of each exam has been mentioned beside the subject in the date sheet. The last class 10 board exam will take place on June 7.

Exams for class 12 will be held in two shifts, the first shift will start from 10:30 am while the second shift will begin from 02.30 pm. The board has already made it clear that the staff involved in conducting the morning shift of the exam cannot be a part of the evening shift exam. This has been done as a precautionary measure against the novel coronavirus. The last class 12 exam will be held on June 14.
