JEE Main 2021 Result Time: Here' What Education Minister Said
NTA JEE Main February result 2021 timing revealed by Minister of Education, check details

Union Minister of Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank revealed the result timing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021. While the National Testing Agency had informed that the JEE Main February 2021 result will be declared on March 7, it was postponed till March 8. Over 6 lakh students since then have been waiting for the result timing and Union Minister of Education has informed via a Tweet that it might take a couple of more hours. JEE Main 2020 results were declared at midnight, students might have to wait some more.

Pokhriyal wrote on Twitter, “The results of the #JEE (Main) February 2021 session will be released by the National Testing Agency in a few hours from now. Stay Tuned.”

Today, students will be able to download their scorecards from the official website. The scorecard will have the name, exam details, subject-wise score as well as percentile which is also called NTA score. The rank, however, will not be revealed yet. The rank will be announced only after the completion of all four sessions scheduled to be held till May.

Students also need to download their scorecard as soon as they can. NTA only keeps records for 90 days. Students need to check thoroughly their scorecard. While the NTA does not entertain re-evaluation requests, in case of any error in credentials, one can reach out to authorities. One way of reaching to authorities is also through Query Redressal System or QRS.

This year, for JEE Main February session, a total of 6,61,776 candidates had registered. Out of this, 6,52,627 registered for paper 1 for BE or BTech admissions and 63,065 candidates registered for paper 2A and 2B which is held for BArch and BPlanning admissions. Of these, about 95 per of candidates who registered to appear for paper-1 BE, BTech and 81.2 per cent of those who register for BArch and BPlaning exams had attended JEE Main.
