Rail India Technical And Economical Service (RITES) is inviting online applications for the recruitment of engineers, design experts and other posts across various departments on a contractual basis. It has released the vacancy of Resident Engineer in the Civil, Bridge, Track, D&T, Electrical and Design departments. Along with the vacancy of a Design Expert, Team Leader and Project Leader, the total vacant seats stand at 31. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of RITES–https://www.rites.com/. The last date to apply is April 16. The minimum salary offered for the positions is Rs 8.45 lakh per annum (LPA) while the maximum is Rs 24.47 LPA. It varies as per qualification, experience and posts.

The candidate must have graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from a central or state-recognised university or college to become eligible for this recruitment drive. The applicant must have a minimum of seven years of experience for the preferred post. It varies with the post and qualification. For the Project Leader ( Civil), the applicant must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
