The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the final result of the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ examination 2023 on February 8. Candidates who took the recruitment examination can now check the SSC Stenographer final result 2023 for grade C, D vacancies through the official website at ssc.nic.in.
Candidates can use their login details such as registration number and date of birth to check the SSC Stenographer final result 2023. The detailed marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates will be made available on the official website shortly.

As many as 3,596 candidates qualified for the stenographer skill test for grade C and over 18,299 for the grade D exam. Of which, 1,901 candidates appeared for the grade C test and 9,947 took the grade D test, a careers360 report suggests. As per the result notification, 78 candidates have been qualified for the stenographer grade C posts, and 1,145 candidates have been qualified for the stenographer grade D posts. The SSC Stenographer Grade C and D 2023 examination’s final answer key was released by the commission in December 2023.
“The selection of candidates is purely provisional and it will be subject to their qualifying in document verification to be conducted by the user departments. The documents in support of their Educational Qualifications and Caste, Category, etc. shall be sought at the time of Document Verification by the Indenting User Departments/ Organisations”, SSC notice said.
The commission further informed that the final selection will be made after scrutiny of the documents of Essential Qualifications, caste and category including other credentials. In case any claim made in the application is not substantiated by certificates or documents, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
