New Delhi: The President of the Rossoneri has confirmed that Kaka will remain in the fashion capital, despite rumours surrounding his future once again.

Milan’s Brazilian superstar Kaka was on the verge of signing for Manchester City just days ago, however the club’s President Silvio Berlusconi managed to intervene at the last moment, to ensure that the transfer did not go through.

Since then however, rumours surrounding the Brazilian’s future have emerged once again, as Real Madrid have been strongly linked to acquiring his services at the conclusion of the season.

In response to these claims, Berlusconi has been quick to deny them, whilst he has also assured the fans of the club that Kaka is, and will always be a Milan player in the process.

"We have already replied to Real Madrid in the past, so I see no reason why they continue to pursue with such claims," Berlusconi declared in an interview with Sky.

"We are not going to change our attitude either, as Kaka is a very important part of our future," he added.

Meanwhile, the other hot topic in Milan at present is the news surrounding the future of the club’s new signing David Beckham, who is currently on loan from Los Angelos Galaxy.

"Who wouldn’t like to have such a player in your team?" Berlusconi continued.

"He is showing the class, professionalism and commitment that makes him such a wonderful person and player.

"Having said this though, he has a contract with the Galaxy, and he and my club should respect that," he concluded.

Milan will be hoping to continue their winning form of last weekend in this round of matches, when they travel to Bologna on Sunday.
