Check the Batteries

Check for System Updates

Open the app and select Remote to activate it. On the home screen, open the Settings menu. Go to System > System updates > Check now. Follow the on-screen instructions to install updates. If no update is available, or this doesn't fix the Power and Volume buttons on your Roku remote: Return to Settings and select Remotes & devices. Select Remotes. Choose your remote. Get a Replacement Remote
