Download the Chipotle app from either the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store. This can be done by searching 'Chipotle' in the search bar within the App Store. If you are using Apple App Store, the Chipotle App should appear like the image after you search.
Open the app. When you open the Chipotle app, you'll be greeted with a screen similar to the image provided.
Sign-In or create a Chipotle Rewards Account. You will need one to use the app.
Click the brown-ish oval button located at the top of the screen that reads: PICKUP OR DELIVERY.
Allow location services. You will need it in order to find a Chipotle restaurant near you.
Decide whether you would like to order a 'PICKUP' order, or a 'DELIVERY' order. A pickup order means you will have to come to Chipotle to pick up your order; a delivery order means Chipotle will come to your door.
Find the nearest Chipotle restaurant to you. This can be done by typing in your City, State, Zip Code, or Address into the search bar at the top of the screen. If you allowed the Chipotle App to learn your location, there will be a 'WHAT'S NEARBY' section displayed toward the bottom of the screen which will show you Chipotle restaurants that are near to your current location.
Click ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT located at the bottom of the screen.
Click on 'MENU', which is located at the bottom of the screen.
Place your order. You can order burritos, bowls, tacos, etc. in the Chipotle app. Once making a choice between a Burrito, Bowl, Tacos, etc. you'll then choose the ingredients that you want in your selected food. After selecting all the ingredients that you want in your selected food, you'll click the 'ADD TO BAG' button located at the bottom of the screen.
Input a name for who the meal is for. After typing in a name of your choosing, click 'OK'.
Decide whether you would like to add more to your order. This screen shows your current order and also asks you if you would like to add more to your order. After deciding to add more food to your order or not, you'll click the 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT' button located at the bottom of the screen.
Pay. After continuing to pay, you will see a screen that confirms the location of the Chipotle restaurant that you'll be picking up the food from, allows you to choose which time you would like to pick up your order, and how you would like to pay.
Hold the HOLD TO SUBMIT button. After holding down the 'HOLD TO SUBMIT' button for a few seconds, you'll receive a confirmation that your order was placed.
