Get a mobile phone.
Go to the verify page on YouTube.
You will be asked for your phone number. Type it in.
Select the method in which you would like to receive your verification code. This can be through a voice call or SMS. Usually SMS is easier.
Make sure you have an active SIM card. The verification code is free of charge.
Type in the code once you got it. You will be notified once your account has been upgraded.
